Mr. Stubbs is our current President, appointed by the Board January 15, 2010. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Stubbs held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company from May, 2006, until January, 2010. Mr. Stubbs has also served as President of Lisa Motor Lines, Inc., our subsidiary, from December, 1999 until May, 2006. He joined FFE Transportation Services, Inc. ("FFE"), our primary operating subsidiary, in 1986 as a management trainee. He is the son of Stoney M. Stubbs, Jr., our Chairman, President, CEO and Class III Director.

Mr. Hickerson is our current Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, appointed by the Board January 15, 2010. Mr. Hickerson also holds the role of President of FFE Logistics, Inc. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Hickerson held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer from February, 2009, until January, 2010. He joined the FFE Transportation group in January of 2007 as President of American Eagle Lines and FFE Logistics. Mr. Hickerson has thirty-three years of transportation management experience.

Steve Stedman was promoted to Interim CFO, Treasurer on May 17, 2013 and will continue in his role as Controller.  Steve has also served as director of Financial Planning and Analysis, VP of Finance, and VP and Controller of FFE.  Steve began his career at FFE in 2009 after 12 years of senior level financial experience in the transportation industry and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
